Participation XVI Colombian Congress and X International Congress of Human Genetics ACGH

On October 14, 15 and 16, the XVI Colombian Congress and X International Congress of Human Genetics took place in virtual mode, organized by the Colombian Association of Human Genetics – ACGH and Comfamiliar Risaralda. Event where Annar launched the distribution of Bionano Genomics; a company that offers a complete portfolio for the detection of unprecedented structural variations for genetic disease research, cancer research and cytogenomics.

 

With the conference by Dr. Anna Puiggros, from the molecular cytogenetics laboratory of the Hospital del Mar in Barcelona entitled Optical mapping of the genome: A new technology for the analysis of genomic complexity in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, the extraordinary results obtained in a cohort of patients with this pathology and the advantages of this latest generation technology in the diagnosis of oncohematological diseases were presented.
